Could this be the burial shroud of Jesus of Nazareth?

The Shroud of Turin is the most widely studied artifact in the world and bears the front and back image of a crucified man, believed by many to be of Jesus of Nazareth.

The markings on the Shroud mirror the wounds which Jesus received according to the Gospel accounts. The bloodstains are of real blood and lie beneath the image, which means the blood was on the cloth first before the moment of image formation. The image is highly superficial, thinner than a human hair.

Even today, modern science cannot explain how the image was formed. The image is not made by paint, pigment, dye, or stain, has never been reproduced.

To this day, we do not know how the image was formed.

If the Shroud is authentic then it is the image of the Incarnation and Passion and it is a witness to the Resurrection.
